Practice mode
Walk through the touchscreen, choose a language, pick a journey, compare the ticket choices, pay and remember the paper-ticket validation step. It is a rehearsal, not a real ticket purchase.
Challenge mode
Solve five visitor situations: a normal AB trip, BER in Zone C, Potsdam in Zone C, a full sightseeing day and five friends travelling together. Each answer explains why it is right or wrong and what to tap or do next on the real machine.
The 2026 fare check
Prices were checked against the official BVG and VBB fare information on 30 August 2026. A 24-hour ticket runs for 24 hours from validation, not merely until 03:00. Fares can change, so use the official link shown in the tool before relying on the amount.
Validation still matters
A paper ticket that is not already time-stamped must be validated before boarding. Digital tickets follow the conditions shown in the official app; the simulator never issues a valid ticket.
